Lost my business for good, and will make sure my friends and family won't order from this joke of a restaurant. Put in an online order, received the email confirmation, but order was never delivered.

We've been patrons since the restaurant opened and have never been disappointed. Sometimes the food is a bit better than other times, but it is always fresh, hot and delicious! So glad you deliver because we can't always get out. Keep up the great job and we will continue to patronize and recommend your business!

I wanted to try a different chinese restaurant,so I figured to try New Jade House. Never again will I order from here. My sweet n sour chicken was half burnt and the chicken inside was well over cooked. I have never seen a chinese restaurant burn rice,but yup my pork fried rice was also burnt. Lesson learned: Always buy from my regular place

I have eaten Chinese food in many different cities in the USA this one is definitely 10 star Restaurant. I can't wait to try more dishes on their menu. We ordered from the Appetizer menu the Cold Noodle Seasme Paste, which my HUSBAND absolutely loved! We also ordered the Wonton Soup which was delicious, and for the main course The Dragon and the Phoenix which was out of this world. The chicken was over the top, the shrimp and vegetables were mouth watering. The restaurant is very beautifully decorated and very inviting. They will definitely have more of our business~ I highly recommend them. ********** 10 STARS

Great new Chinese restaurant in the Ephrata area! Clean and bright, great prices, delicious food. They even serve REAL brown rice on request at no extra charge. We will be back -- and hope that others in the area will patronize this super restaurant so they stay in business for a long time! Bravo!!
